This holiday season the Women in Security group will be sponsoring and serving a meal for the residents and their children at Hope House in Minneapolis on December 27th. Hope House is a part of Metro Hope Ministries, a faith-based organization that provides residential drug and alcohol recovery programs serving mothers with children. Since 1926 this organization has helped to provide healing and hope for the entire family.
As an alternative to a paid event we're asking that you donate your event fee instead. This will help us provide a holiday meal to the 40 residents (appx 20 adults and 20 kids) at Hope House. Any additional funds will go toward providing a craft or activity for the kids and other needed supplies for the house.
Options to participate and contribute:
Donate your $25 event fee to provide funds for dinner
Donate your time and come with us on the 27th from 5-7pm to serve dinner. (Kids are welcome to join!)
