Welcome to the Minnesota Chapter of ASIS International, also known as Chapter 25. Established in 1955, ASIS International is the world’s largest organization for security management professionals, with more than 38,000 members and over 200 chapters worldwide.

Our chapter is focused on professional development through education and networking. We offer a range of activities, including networking events, social meet-ups, educational programs, and certification-focused opportunities. These efforts are designed to actively engage members and foster meaningful connections with security professionals across a wide range of sectors.

We are proud to have several hundred active members throughout Minnesota. Our membership includes professionals from education, the security industry, and local, state and federal government, all committed to continuous learning and advancing the security profession.

The chapter is led by a dedicated board of directors elected to serve two-year terms. The current board was elected in December 2024 and is actively working to enhance the chapter’s website and improve communication with members.

We welcome innovative ideas and thoughtful challenges as we work to deliver real value in security, safety, and risk mitigation for you and your organization. Non-members who are interested in attending meetings or events are welcome to join us as guests of an ASIS member in good standing.
